**Role Overview:**
As a Program Lead for the School of Eminence Program, you will drive transformative changes in Punjab’s education landscape. You will oversee key projects, collaborate with government officials and partners, and implement impactful reforms. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and ownership of project outcomes to achieve the vision of creating centers of educational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Program Strategy and Design:**
– Lead the design and implementation of projects under the School of Eminence initiative.
– Address systemic challenges by co-creating tailored solutions for Punjab’s education ecosystem.
– Develop strategic plans aligned with program objectives, focusing on infrastructure, academics, HR management, and community engagement.
2. **Project Management and Implementation:**
– Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
– Implement interventions such as School Leadership Development, student engagement programs, exposure visits, and career counseling.
– Conduct field visits to monitor implementation and address challenges faced by school leaders and staff.
3. **Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships:**
– Liaise with government officials to align projects with state priorities.
– Build partnerships with NGOs, academic institutions, and design consultants to support project goals.
– Engage school leaders, teachers, and community stakeholders to ensure sustainability.
4. **Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E):**
– Establish robust M&E processes to track progress and assess outcomes.
– Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure long-term success.
– Report program outcomes to leadership and stakeholders regularly.
5. **Capacity Building and Support:**
– Provide ongoing support and capacity building for school leaders, educators, and government officials.
– Facilitate training sessions tailored to program needs.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in education, public policy, management, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in education reforms, program management, or similar roles involving government partnerships.
– Proven track record of managing large-scale education projects.
– Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
– Excellent research and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in stakeholder management, especially with government bodies.
– Experience in M&E for program effectiveness.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in written and spoken Punjabi is preferred.

**Remuneration:**
Annual CTC of INR 6 Lakhs onwards, depending on competency and experience.
