**Role Summary:**
The Program Manager – AI Cohort will lead AFI’s initiative supporting AI-powered startups addressing critical social challenges in India. This role requires a dynamic professional with a passion for leveraging technology for social impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage the AI Cohort from startup sourcing to program culmination.
– Develop cohort timelines, track deliverables, and measure progress against KPIs.
– Build and manage networks of mentors and domain experts.
– Facilitate interactions between startups and mentors.
– Document outcomes and support needs.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to enable business opportunities.
– Design and coordinate events, develop strategic documents, and support fundraising.
**Who Should Apply:**
Candidates with 3–6 years in startup accelerators, venture capital, or entrepreneurship. Experience in the Indian ecosystem and AI/tech startups is a plus. Strong skills in relationship-building, organization, communication, and project management tools are essential.
