Key Responsibilities :
– Complete ownership of specific projects in the Learning module of Newton School students
– Define success metrics for the project and create dashboards for daily tracking and identification of gaps
– Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students
– Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time bound fashion
– Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure student experience is delightful
Requirements :
– 1+ years of prior experience in Program/Project Management
– Capable of independently creating dashboards and analysis via available tools (Metabase, Excel etc)
– Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch.
– Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders.
– Self driven independent contributor with an approach of getting things done.
