**Job Location:** Gurugram, Haryana, India
**Job Summary:**
The Program Officer/Program Associate will support the implementation of a partnership hub project focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing among health professional education partners in India, Denmark, and Kenya. This role involves coordinating project activities, facilitating workshops and training, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to reporting and documentation.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the implementation and coordination of project activities related to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
* Identify and foster continuous learning opportunities for Partnership Hub staff and partners.
* Act as a liaison with partners, collecting, validating, and analyzing data.
* Synthesize data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain a repository of documented outcomes and lessons learned.
* Support the preparation of reports, case studies, and presentations.
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with partner institutions.
* Assist in planning and conducting site visits to partner locations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications:**
* **Essential:** Master’s degree in development, public health, social science, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience after completing the master’s degree.
* **Desirable:** Demonstrated expertise in facilitating working groups, workshops, and collaborative processes. Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
**Duration:** 01 year or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
