## Project Associate, CM Rise Schools in Madhya Pradesh

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Project Associate to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. You will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our CM Rise Schools program, working closely with school staff, government officials, and other stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CM Rise Schools program activities.
* Conduct regular visits to schools to assess program progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide technical support and training to school staff on various aspects of the program.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between school staff, government officials, and other stakeholders.
* Collect and analyze data to track program outcomes and identify trends.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program progress and impact.
* Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and strategies.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in education or development projects.
* Strong understanding of the education sector in Madhya Pradesh.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Commitment to improving the lives of children and communities.
**Location:**
Vidisha, Jabalpur, Khargone, Katni, Indore, Devas in Madhya Pradesh.
**Experience Required:**
Minimum 1 year of experience working in education or development projects.
