Position Designation: Project Coordinator

Position Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible to execute the project successfully.

Location: – Mansa, Punjab
Remuneration – Based on Qualification and Experience

Detailed Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will have the following responsibilities

• Project Management including execution plan, team management, and project monitoring

• Capacity Building of Team including field facilitators, and animators through training and handholding.

• Ensure proper documentation as per the given framework or requirement from the senior management/funding agency.

• Project sustainability through the building of community-based institutions and strengthening the same.

• Stakeholder management which includes local panchayat leaders, government line department representatives, bank officials, etc.

• Promote livelihood-based interventions among SHGs to enhance the income level of the members.

• Source and engage resource person to upgrade the skill set of the members/ team.

Educational Qualification

Candidate should have preferably passed Masters in Rural management/development.

Skills and Experience

Required

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of work experience in similar project execution

• The candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills.

• Candidate should be well versed with local language and context and should have the ability to engage with the targeted community, government and non-governmental institutions, and other stakeholders

• The candidate should demonstrate the ability to lead a team

• Candidates from the nearby areas or candidates who are willing to relocate to the Project area

• Proficiency in MS Office, online sharing platforms, Email, and other offline as well as internet-based tools.
