**Job Description: Project Coordinator – AP SALT Project**

**Location:** Andhra Pradesh, India  

**Experience Required:** 1-2 years of experience in teacher training programs, preferably within government schools or with government school teachers. Experience in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana is preferred.

**Position Overview:**  

The Project Coordinator will support the Andhra Pradesh Government’s SALT project, which aims to revamp the state’s government school system. This role involves overseeing the implementation of teacher development initiatives and liaising with government stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct classroom observations and mentor training sessions.

– Support teacher training plans and data collection activities.

– Facilitate meetings and training sessions with government stakeholders.

– Visit training sites, classrooms, and offices to monitor project execution.

– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.

**Qualifications:**

– Degree in education, teacher development, social science, or management. A Master’s degree in social work is preferred.

– Excellent communication skills in Telugu (oral and written).

– Belief in the potential of public sector reforms to address educational inequities.

– Patience, resilience, and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

**Compensation:**  

The salary range for this position is 3.5 to 4.0 lakh INR per annum CTC, based on experience and qualifications.
