## Project Coordinator

Since 2008, we have been implementing innovative programs in education, health, livelihood, and environment. **Job Location:** Delhi
**Experience Required:** Minimum four years post-qualification working experience in the relevant domain.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role will focus on the coordination and operational management of one of our key projects active in Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, aimed at empowering women economically.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
* Manage field operations and facilitate project activities and events, including community and SHG meetings, stakeholder engagement, and training sessions.
* Ensure project activities are rolled out effectively and deliverables are achieved as per the approved plan and strategy.
* Conduct assessments of inputs, outcomes, and impact through agreed tools, generate reports, and share learnings with management.
* Prepare and submit periodic reports, case stories, and documentation of interventions.
* Collate and share programmatic highlights and work progression within organizational internal platforms.
* Prepare and digitize data related to community processes, including meetings, women’s group formation, and member details.
* Collaborate closely with field mobilization teams and co-program teams active in other locations.
* Develop visit plans and undertake community visits and meetings with stakeholders, including financial institutions, livelihood missions, local community organizations, and ecosystem players, to ensure program success.
* Facilitate support for women’s groups and members in accessing financial and other related services necessary for sustaining their business plans and growth.
* Work in close coordination with the field team and organization to ensure compliance with administrative processes, such as material requisition, expense summary, and bill submission.
* Prepare periodic budgets for activities, track fund utilization, and propose modifications.
* Deliver tasks and submit performance reports within the assigned timeline.
**Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Master’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, or other related discipline.
* **Experience:** Minimum four years post-qualification working experience in the relevant domain.
* **Skills:** Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
**Remuneration:**
Subject to relevant qualifications, experience, merit, and as per the organization’s norms.
