**Job Title:** Project Lead – Karnataka

The Schools Team partners with government school systems to enhance learning outcomes by leveraging the platform’s tools and resources.
**Experience Required:**
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience. Experience as an educator or working with government schools in Karnataka is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support programme implementation by collaborating with the Senior Program Lead and state officials.
– Manage relationships with education stakeholders, including nodal officers and school administrators.
– Conduct field visits (3-4/week) to gather insights and improve program adoption.
– Analyze data and qualitative feedback to inform strategic decisions.
– Document discussions and maintain key stakeholders informed.
– Collaborate across teams to ensure successful program delivery.
**Qualifications:**
– Fluent in Kannada and English, both spoken and written.
– Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships.
– Organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Comfortable working with data and analyzing trends.
– Excellent communication skills across various formats.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
