Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is a client facing role and the selected candidate shall be expected to work closely with the client, internal Palladium teams as well as experts onboarded from time to time. The candidate is expected to assist Palladium in driving the projects, ensuring preparation of quality deliverables as well as assist in day-to-day operations including:
- Responsible for driving strategic initiatives across various functions with internal and external stakeholder management
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, provide direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Responsible for the conceptualizing, planning, execution, and monitoring progress of the project
- Develop tools, systems and refine processes for effective and efficient execution
- Drive to find new ways to improve processes and develop implementable creative solutions
- Work at the conjecture of business development, strategy, technology, operations, and business goals achievement in a timely manner with quality
- Work on business development related activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Requirements
- Master’s in Project Management / Urban Planning/ Business Administration or equivalent
- More than six years’ relevant experience in consulting/corporate strategy/ strategic planning / project management
- Experience in engaging with various stakeholders such as Corporates, Government agencies / institutions, international aid agencies, social organizations, Corporate CXOs, etc.
- Experience in marketing, business development or fund raising
- Ability to structure, summarize & present complex topics effectively to the client/ stakeholders
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Prior experience in a client facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high intensity & high-pressure situations
- Comfortable in multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives
- Extremely detail-oriented with analytical bent of mind
- Ability to consistently exercise discretion with sensitive information is a must
