**Job Description**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our MP Programmes in Bhopal. This role will be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of Peepul’s education initiatives in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for MP Programmes.

* Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key educational needs and opportunities in Madhya Pradesh.

* Develop and implement strategies for effective program delivery and impact measurement.

* Manage a team of program staff, including training, coaching, and supervision.

* Collaborate effectively with government officials, community partners, and other stakeholders.

* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to document project outcomes and achievements.

* Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and strategies to enhance Peepul’s impact in Madhya Pradesh.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, development studies, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.

* Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for education and commitment to social change.

* Fluency in Hindi and English.
