Meeत (www.meetworks.in) is a youth-centric platform designed to make the job market more inclusive and transparent. Meeत gives employees of micro, small, and medium-sized employers in India a platform to express their voice on employment experience. Since May 2019, 50,000 young people have installed the Meeत android application to read company reviews, rate their previous and current employers, and find work (internships, jobs, freelance opportunities).

 Meeत is at an exciting juncture as we recently launched Meeत 2.0 with a more efficient and enjoyable user experience. We are looking to build our core leadership team that will drive product innovation and grow Meeत to a preferred careers platform in tier II/ III cities of India.

Meeत has been supported by the Ford Foundation, 3CF, and has started a research project with the World Bank to explore how better information on employers and jobs impacts the employment outcomes for women ITI students.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY – PROJECT MANAGER, RCT IMPLEMENTATION

We’re in search of a mission-driven person to lead our deep dive into the job-search behavior and needs of women ITI students in the NCR, Delhi region. An ideal candidate for this role has excellent project management skills, is passionate about helping young women in their employment to education journey and is data-driven in their approach to field operations.

What will you do ?

People Management

• Build a team of associates for carrying out project operations
• Lead the team to add and moderate content on the Meet platform

Project Operations

• Add companies relevant to ITI trades
• Ensure the profiles have the necessary information
• Publish authentic opportunities for work in partnership with employers
• Moderate and map company reviews  

Data Reporting

• Track the status of contacting students and their activities on the platform
• Periodically report the necessary data to the project research team

Preferred background

We are open to candidates with diverse and varied backgrounds. Preferred background: 

• Experience with operations for tech platforms
• Fluent with data analysis and report writing
• Passion for helping young women in their education to employment journey

Remuneration and location

This is a full-time role with a pay of ₹6 – 10 lakhs per annum plus benefits (laptop allowance, development allowance, and travel policy)

You can either be based in Delhi, NCR (preferred) or work-from-home
