**Job Description:**

 

FED seeks an exceptional Project/Team Lead to contribute to its ambitious growth plans.  The successful candidate will develop actionable plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.  Responsibilities include conducting research and scoping exercises, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing organizational growth and strategy plans, and providing strategic support to achieve organizational goals.  This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders on strategic projects addressing key economic development challenges in India.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about economic growth and its societal impact.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Execute work plans aligned with organizational targets and budget.

* Contribute to stakeholder mapping and advocacy plans.

* Foster strong relationships with government and private sector leaders.

* Manage diverse operational tasks to support organizational success.

* Prepare documents and presentations for internal and external use.

* Generate progress reports for internal and external reviews.

* Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

* Analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.

 

 

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

 

* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or Public Administration from a top-tier institution.

* 6-10 years of professional experience, including at least two years managing project teams.

* Exceptional analytical and technical skills.

* Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, protocol, and deadlines.

* Strong analytical and business judgment skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities.

* Adaptability and responsiveness, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Proven ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
