For a period of 2 years.

6 Remuneration (per month)

Rs 1,45,000/- to Rs. 2,65,000/- (Inclusive of Taxes)

7 Education qualification

Essential

MBA in Finance or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Twoyears) or Masters in Economics

Desirable

Advanced diploma or degree in Project Appraisal & Risk Management or PPPs

8 Experience

Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in project formulation, appraisal, financing, risk analysis of PPP projects. The candidate with experience of successfully undertaken PPP transactions in Social Sector will be given preference.

The experience of internship/training (paid or unpaid) will not be considered.

9 Job description

• Analyse PPP Project Proposals in general and specifically in social sector
• Identify potential areas in social sector for undertaking PPP projects
• Drafting bidding documents for selection of bidders for PPP projects and for consultants
• Identify KPIs for PPP projects in social sector.
• Analyse value for money and calculate public sector comparator for the PPPs.
• To assist senior officials in any other work assigned from time to time and
• Any other work related to the discipline

The terms and conditions of engagement of the PPP Specialist (Grade II) will be according to the NITI Guidelines O.M. No. A-12013/02/2015-Adm. I(B) dated 07.12.2021.

The Guidelines are placed on NITI Aayog’s website www.niti.gov.in. Further it is mentioned that the number of positions for PPP Specialist (Grade II) may vary and are tentative.
