**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Backend Software Engineer to join our growing team in Delhi, India. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and related frameworks like Django/Flask.
* Develop REST APIs and microservices for various applications.
* Implement and maintain databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
* Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend systems.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
* Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our backend infrastructure.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a Python Backend Software Engineer.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
* Proficiency in Python web frameworks like Django or Flask.
* Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
* Proficiency in database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
