**Job Summary:**

 

SELCO Foundation seeks a highly motivated and passionate individual to manage its Remote Monitoring System (RMS) for solar PV systems within the Energy for Health program.  The Manager will be responsible for monitoring existing RMS installations, planning future installations, building and mentoring a team, and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality output.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Identify and research RMS technologies and relevant products.

* Build partnerships with vendors to establish and operate an RMS system for the 25,000 health facility program.

* Coordinate with vendors on implementation documentation.

* Develop process documentation and checklists for regular RMS monitoring.

* Develop a functional dashboard integrating all RMS system parameters across all geographies.

* Conduct RMS installation quality checks and data validation.

* Monitor the RMS dashboard daily to ensure system functionality.

* Train the CRM team and other stakeholders on dashboard operation and data utilization.

* Analyze data and share consolidated reports with internal and external partners.

* Coordinate with internal and partner teams to resolve site-related RMS issues.

* Provide regular feedback and recommendations to SELCO Foundation teams on system functionality, operations, analytics, optimization, and maintenance.

* Conduct regular field visits to check functionality, build local team capacity for RMS operations and maintenance.

 

 

**Qualifications and Skills:**

 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

* Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis, energy system analysis, or a related role.

* Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques relevant to the energy sector.

* Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.

* Experience in budgeting and forecasting.

* Proactive problem-solving approach, strong decision-making capabilities, and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.

* Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
