Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers, managing supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, delivery, and quality norms.
- Implement purchase / procurement strategies and ensuring they align with project requirements.
- Drafting and executing processing of vendor Contracts & Agreements and implementing a standardized process, reducing contract discrepancies.
- Manage procurement of equipment/services and also regular office consumables like Office and School Stationery, Furniture, Printing Material, campaigning materials and gifting and branding items etc.
- Proficiently maintain and create the purchase order in ERP (Oracle)
