**Job Description: Research Associate**

**Role Overview:**
ISDM seeks a Research Associate to contribute to unique research studies within the Centre for Innovative Finance & Social Impact. The role involves supporting research projects, co-creating knowledge artefacts, facilitating team processes, and contributing to teaching courses at ISDM.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support execution of research projects and seminal studies through secondary data collection and analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
– Co-author research papers, reports, case studies, and other knowledge collateral.
– Design and maintain knowledge infrastructure for research projects.
– Organize online group consultations, seminars, and conferences.
– Facilitate capacity-building workshops for ISDM research partners.
– Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and represent ISDM in external events.
**Educational Qualifications and Experience:**
– 2-3 years of experience in applied research on philanthropy, data science, innovative finance, or the social sector.
– Post-graduate qualification in Management Studies, Innovative Finance, Economics, or Data Science.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Knowledge of research designs and methodologies.
– Exposure to social sector organizations.
– Proven ability to work in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
**Remuneration:**
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
