WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

As the Roadmap/Project Associate, you are required to collaborate with multiple teams and own the overall planning and execution of projects across the organization. Expected to be skilled in understanding project requirements, developing a project plan, communicating resource needs and timelines, and collaborating with other functions to drive seamless execution of the project. This role requires strong communication skills to navigate ambiguity, resolve challenges diplomatically, and proactively solve problems independently. 

Collaboration:

  • Skilled communicator with a knack for synthesizing multiple information pathways and effectively communicating decisions around ownership, scope and deadlines across around 8 cross-functional teams and various levels in the organization.
  • Ability to lead project check-ins and contribute to general administrative and communication tasks as needed. 
    Project Planning:
  • Anchor and drive new and ongoing projects: understand project objectives, build detailed project plans with clear ownerships and responsibilities, and align the project team on scope and expectations.
  • Experience planning projects with defined timelines and budgets, utilizing project management methodologies and tools like Gantt Charts.
    Project Execution:
  • Monitor project progress, provide consistent updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.
    Process Improvements:
  • Enhance processes across project planning, reviews, resource allocation, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage the development of tools and processes to standardize workflows.
    Escalations
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues to management as needed.
    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and experience working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office (Spreadsheets, Presentations, Documents).
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experienced in internal stakeholder management and adept at cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Knowledge or experience in partnership management, with a background in public health, design, or development sectors.
  • Comfort in working on multiple projects at the same time.
