**Job Description:**
The Sales/Fundraising Officer – Acquisition will play a crucial role in expanding WWF-India’s donor base. This involves transforming potential leads into active donors through diverse channels including LinkedIn, digital marketing, events, workshops, and donor referrals. Key responsibilities include:
* Generating new leads and acquiring potential donors.
* Generating revenue from acquisition data.
* Maintaining consistent communication to keep donors engaged.
* Contacting donors via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, effectively communicating WWF-India’s work.
* Achieving the set target for new donor acquisition as assigned by the line manager.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a recognized university.
* Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport.
* Highly performance-oriented and a strong team player.
* Energetic and driven, capable of inspiring others and promoting WWF-India’s work.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales is required; relevant background considered in lieu of direct sales experience.
