**Job Title:** School Counselor and SEL Instructor

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Personal Counseling (50% time):**
– Conduct psychological assessments for provisional diagnosis.
– Identify academic and developmental gaps in students.
– Provide personal counseling to address emotional, social, or behavioral concerns.
– Maintain detailed case documentation.
2. **Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Instruction (40% time):**
– Teach SEL classes to groups of 30-40 students across all grades.
– Foster a positive classroom culture and develop socio-emotional skills.
– Design and implement innovative SEL session plans using existing resources.
3. **Coaching and Support (10% time):**
– Collaborate with school leadership to coach teachers and staff on inclusive teaching practices for students with special needs.
– Guide parents in supporting students with special needs.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in personal/student counseling.
– Preference given to candidates with experience working with adolescents.
**Salary:** ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 per month + benefits (PF, Gratuity).
