Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Zoho applications based on the company’s requirements.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions using Zoho applications.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and databases.
- Create and maintain documentation for Zoho applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation of Zoho applications.
- Assist teams in driving and adopting data-related inputs and build relevant dashboards to make data-driven decisions for management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Zoho applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Zoho development.
- Communicating with employees to gain feedback about implementing new automation technologies.
- Research new technology to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in a business.
Qualifications And Skills
● 2+ years of Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role.
● Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications.
● Proficient in Zoho Deluge scripting language.
● Experience with Zoho integrations and API development.
● Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Good communication and collaboration abilities.
● Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
● Proficient in MS Office, DBMS, Analytics and Automation.
● An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Bachelor’s in the field of information technology, computer science, or relevant field.
