As a Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to support the integration of innovative startups into the market. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with senior leadership to drive the success of startup collaborations. This role demands a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, relationship-building, and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Implementation

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive startup ecosystem strategy that aligns with the T Hub’s objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and emerging startups Stakeholder Relationship Management

Lead the Startup Market Access / Industry Connect Program

  • Identify and evaluate startups with promising solutions and innovative technologies that have a potential market across business segments and initiate opportunity discussions / engage with corporate/industry/ business for commercialization and success demonstration.
  • Conduct due diligence, market analysis, and risk assessment to select startup and industry partners.

Market Entry and Growth Strategy

  • Create and execute market entry strategies for startups, including market research, positioning, and market plans.
  • Collaborate with T-Hub’s cross-functional teams to tailor strategies to meet specific startup goals.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with startups, incubators, accelerators, venture capital firms, industry associations, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Leverage existing T Hub’s network/initiatives and scale up partnerships.

Market Validation and Scalability

  • Facilitate and oversee pilot programs and demonstration initiatives to validate the startup’s value proposition and potential for scalability.
  • Gather and analyze data to assess startup performance and readiness for market expansion.

Mentorship & Support

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to startups, helping them refine their business models, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Facilitate access to resources and support networks to address challenges.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for startup market access initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Reporting and Performance Metrics

  • Develop, track, and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure the success of startup market access initiatives.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field
  • 8 years of overall working experience in an industry association, management consulting firms, developing startup ecosystems, innovation management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for supporting startups.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
