Job Title: Senior Associate – Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote with periodic travels to client locations and Goodera HQ in Bangalore
Job Overview: Candidate will get an opportunity to work with Corporates in enabling Skill based Volunteering through different NGO’s.

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand the requirements of Client for Long term Volunteering and design the engagement
• To conceptualize and design the project end-to-end
• To handle multiple stakeholders like NGO’s, volunteers, client and experts from the sector
• Mobilize diversified skill-based projects from NGO’s which can be short, medium and long term in nature
• Have periodic touchpoints to measure and track the success of the project

Requirement:

● 5+ years of work experience is mandatory

● Knowledge about CSR & Employee Volunteering

● Prior experience in Stakeholder management

● Prior experience in Design thinking, planning & execution is non negotiable

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to work under high pressure and minimum supervision

● Able to Multitask

● Go getter

● Able to troubleshoot and problem solve independently for self and team

● Knowledge about learning tools, research methodologies, resources and also create frameworks for impact assessment to guide corporates on capacity building and problem solving

Able to assess the risk and manage projects efficiently
