**Job Description: Senior Consultant – Instructional Design and Project Management**

**Job Overview:**
The Senior Consultant role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying high-quality learning experiences for diverse audiences across various programs. This position requires a strategic approach to creating engaging and effective learning solutions while managing end-to-end project execution, including scoping, budgeting, stakeholder collaboration, and content development oversight.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop pedagogical approaches that align with learner needs and outcomes, leveraging emerging trends in instructional design and educational technology.
– Design innovative learning content interventions, such as microlearning, gamification, and adaptive learning experiences, ensuring alignment with established models and standards.
– Manage project planning and execution, utilizing MS Excel for budget tracking and reporting.
– Oversee quality, time, and cost management to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
– Provide training and mentorship to junior instructional designers and content project managers.
**Skills & Attributes:**
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
– Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and instructional design frameworks.
– Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and strategic partners.
