Reports To: Vice President and Head, ORF Mumbai

Expertise: Banking sector

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Identify, write, and comment on banking regulations, impact of banking products and services, financial inclusion, consumer protection, and digital finance
Lead and manage research work, projects and dialogues, including planning, budgeting, and coordination responsibilities
Build a network of industry stakeholders, engage with partners and stakeholders in these areas.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the Indian banking ecosystem
Postgraduate or equivalent degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field
5-12 years of work experience in the sector
Good publication record, spanning analytical articles, research outputs, and project reports
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship skills and team ethic.
