– At least 2 years in a leadership role with hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (recruitment to retention).

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. **Strategic Leadership:**  

   – Contribute to the strategic direction of Peepul, aligning HR strategy with organizational vision and growth plans.  

   – Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and board members, providing strategic counsel to the CEO and Directors on organizational priorities.  

 

2. **Organizational Culture & Transformation:**  

   – Lead cultural transformation initiatives to build a high-performance, values-driven culture fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth.  

   – Address culture gaps and leadership challenges, implementing targeted initiatives for organizational change and growth.  

 

3. **Talent Strategy & Management:**  

   – Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning & development, performance management, and retention strategies.  

   – Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.  

   – Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decisions to enhance the employee experience and attract, develop, and retain top talent.  

 

4. **Operational Functions:**  

   – Manage Peepul’s central operational functions (HR, IT, Facilities, Governance), ensuring effective systems and high-performing teams.  

   – Support seamless cross-functional collaboration across schools and educational initiatives.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.  

– Exceptional problem-solving and prioritization abilities with proven capacity to manage complex HR functions.  

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).  

– Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
