Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Senior Manager – Business Analyst

Reporting to: AVP (Product Manager)

Function: Technology

Age Criteria: Maximum age 30 years

Experience: 5 – 9 Years

Work Location: Delhi

Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for gathering business requirement and creation of Business Requirement document/ Product requirement document (BRD/PRD).
• Analyze the current Business Intelligence (BI) application and suggest innovative, efficient solutions
• Shall be responsible for converting Business Requirement Document into Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document and conducting functional trainings.
• Shall be responsible for creation of prototypes and wireframes
• Shall be able to work with Product team and act as a bridge between product and business team
• Shall work closely with the Technology Team and Delivery Manager to track the implementation of functional requirements as mentioned in SRS
• Shall be responsible for functional testing (UAT) of product along with business owner
• Shall work closely with UI/UX resource and assist him in designing user interfaces for complex product requirement as mentioned in SRS

Key Attributes and Skills

• BE, B. Tech, MCA/ME/M.TECH/MBA/CA/Masters in Statistics or equivalent degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Taxation/Technology, Software Development and minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst/Tax data Analytics.
• Knowledge of at least one high level programming language such as Java, C, C++, Python etc. is desirable. Knowledge of Python/R is preferred
• Strong Analytical, decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills and experience in working with senior management.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English Language
• Should be able to work in heterogeneous environment comprising of government official, Core Technical and Senior Management
• Experience in area of BI and Analytics will be given additional weightage
• Should have Strong customer orientation to act as a customer advocate during requirement gathering and business discussion.
