**Position Summary:**  

The Senior Manager – CSR & Healthcare will lead the development, implementation, and management of corporate social responsibility programs, focusing on healthcare initiatives. This role aligns with the organization’s strategic goals to enhance social impact and build a strong reputation for corporate citizenship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Strategy & Program Development:**  

  Develop and implement CSR strategies with a focus on healthcare and community wellness. Identify key areas of social impact aligned with company values and business goals, driving innovative and scalable initiatives.

– **Execution & Management:**  

  Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare-focused CSR programs such as health camps and disease awareness drives. Manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and healthcare institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

– **Stakeholder Engagement:**  

  Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community leaders and media. Represent the organization in CSR forums and healthcare conferences.
