**Position Summary:**
Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Impact, the Senior Manager will directly manage an Associate and oversee key projects across organizational strategy, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact reporting, and internal consulting. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Anchor key projects related to long-term organizational strategy, including research studies on student outcomes, identifying new Fellowship expansion sites, and developing pathways for leadership development beyond the Fellowship.
* **M&E & Impact Reporting:** Own end-to-end impact reporting (including to the Board), annual strategic planning, stakeholder surveys, data management, and analysis.
* **Internal Consulting:** Support teams on short-term projects to build internal capacity and solve specific problems.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Interact with internal and external stakeholders to lead cross-functional projects.
* **Team Leadership & Development:** Train and coach team members, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support their growth. Contribute to team hiring, onboarding, and capacity building.
* **Organizational Contribution:** Contribute to broader organizational goals beyond individual responsibilities, driving internal alignment and serving as an ambassador for Teach For India.
* **Capacity Building:** Conduct capacity-building sessions for other teams or partner organizations.
**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations:**
* 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in management consulting or complex project management.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong data and analytical skills (excellent Google Sheets/MS Excel skills, data analysis, interpretation, hypothesis framing and validation) and research capabilities.
* Ability to create dynamic reports and dashboards (using Google Sheets/MS Excel or data visualization tools).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an outcome-oriented approach.
* Ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
