JOB TITLE: Senior Program Associate
LEVEL OF EFFORT: Full-time
BASE LOCATION: Cuttack, Odisha
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing quality project documents/reports, stories, case studies, etc as per requirements
- Evaluating the effectiveness of delivered education programs via analyzing data sets
- Taking surveys, interviews of educators, parents, etc. and analyzing results
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders including seasoned education experts, social organizations, and government authorities for effective implementation of ThinkZone programs
- Facilitating offline and online training programs for educators in multiple geographies
- Curating learning content by coordinating with ThinkZone’s existing content partners
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in the social impact sector with at least 1 year of working experience in the education sector
- Skilled in MS Office and Google Suite
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a go-getter with excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Odia(non-negotiable) and English
- Ability to work independently while also following a structured process/guidelines
- Some amount of knowledge in program management as well as in developing and delivering education programs will be a great asset
- Flexibility to travel, as required

REMUNERATION
Annual CTC: Between INR 3.1 lakhs to 3.93 lakhs
