**Job Summary:**
SELCO Foundation seeks a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of over 50,000+ livelihood interventions utilizing decentralized renewable energy. This role is crucial in ensuring the long-term success and impact of SELCO’s livelihood programs, focusing on agriculture, microbusinesses, and animal husbandry across Karnataka, Odisha, and Northeast India.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement a comprehensive O&M strategy for 50,000+ livelihood interventions.
* Provide leadership and support to the O&M team in planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Understand livelihood sectors and interventions, identifying key O&M needs for successful post-implementation.
* Coordinate all post-installation O&M for solar systems and equipment across various locations.
* Monitor vendor performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering innovation in O&M models.
* Track O&M efforts, informing program design and procurement practices.
* Maintain a database tracking O&M for all livelihood sites, measuring productivity against benchmarks.
* Assist vendors in resolving solar system/equipment issues promptly.
* Compile and document O&M progress for stakeholders.
* Manage budgets and cash flows for O&M programs, ensuring timely bill submission.
* Track, analyze, and evaluate team performance, reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly.
* Update the core team on progress, supporting documentation for reporting to funders.
* Conduct regular training workshops for team skill development.
* Ensure adherence to organizational processes and guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
* 10+ years of experience in end-user service, support management, and leadership; experience in relevant sectors preferred.
* BE/B.Tech in EEE or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering preferred.
* Excellent understanding of technology, software applications, O&M systems, and practices.
* Proven training and coaching skills.
* Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
