Senior Project Associate

Location
Jaipur / Kolkata  / Pune / Delhi / Gurgaon/ Chandigarh / Bengaluru

Salary

4,80,000 – 5,20,000

Responsibilities

• Conducting research, Identifying potential & Partnering with Government agencies, NGOs, CSR Foundations & Academic institutes , Schools  in line with project or program requirements to develop synergies.
• Coordinate & Collaborate  with principals, directors, TPOs, professors & managers of various partner institutions/ organizations to on-board new learners and ensure learner engagement.
• Plan and Strategize the implementation plan of projects with  top management of the institutes for time-bound adoption of the platform  as per their needs and requirements.
• Curate & Organize the capacity building sessions for school students , young adults, principals , teachers , professors and other relevant stakeholders on 21st century skills.
• Facilitate & Coordinate sessions , meetings , events , workshops , master classes , project based learning camps and many other activities for school students & young adults.
• Monitoring & Tracking project details, data & records of all the stakeholders for better coordination and implementation. 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in  any discipline with an understanding of the social / development sector in India.
• Domain expertise of education / skill development/ CS / IT  sectors in India would be highly preferred.
• Prior experience of partnerships portfolio will be an added advantage
• Designing Sessions , Public Speaking , Session Facilitation.
• Effective writing, communication and presentation skills
• 1- 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable, with Masters/Volunteer experience.
