**Job Description: Senior Project Lead – DPMU (Telangana)**  

**Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana, India (with significant travel to project districts)  

**About the Company:**  

Central Square Foundation (CSF) is a non-profit philanthropic foundation dedicated to improving school education in India, particularly for children in low-income communities. Established in 2012, CSF works on transforming the school education system to enhance learning outcomes.

**Position Overview:**  

The Senior Project Lead will oversee District Project Management Units (DPMUs) in Telangana, focusing on academic and governance components of the FLN mission. This role involves driving implementation at the district level, strengthening middle management, and collaborating with state and district stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Oversee the rollout of FLN initiatives in designated districts.

– Build teacher capacity and support effective implementation.

– Strengthen middle management to improve school visits and classroom observations.

– Enhance data collection processes for decision-making.

– Engage with district and state stakeholders to align efforts with policies.

– Lead pilot projects and mentor district teams.

– Ensure timely reporting and documentation of progress.

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in education, development studies, public policy, or social sciences (preferred).

– At least 10 years of relevant experience in education, including project delivery and stakeholder management.

– Experience working with state and district-level governments is desirable.

– Proficiency in Telugu and English with excellent communication skills.

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

**Compensation:**  

Competitive remuneration based on experience.  

This position requires significant travel (around 10 days/month) and will report to the Director of the Strategic Support States team. The role involves managing a team of Project Leads and other team members.
