Job description

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holder possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C and D-F-S-S. The candidate should be able to eliminate waste and enhance value. The role enables performance management, continuous improvement, waste elimination and value led innovation across all sites.

Responsibilities:

• Define value and act as a value delivery specialist. 
• Constantly identify, analyze and eliminate waste by using lean methodologies.
• Ensure the appropriate documentation of the local processes.
• Review of documentation and Process Maps.
• Monitoring and reporting on transition progress.
• Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks by using Six sigma, Lean and other appropriate methodologies. 
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation to influence cross functional teams and achieve cross divisional alignment.
• Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization.
• Setting, validating and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience of BPO related business.          
• Should possess excellent data analysis skills.
• Well versed in Lean Six Sigma Methodology and leading improvement projects.
• Should have hands on experience in usage of Quality methodologies in a calling BPO environment.
• Minimum 3/4 years of Work Experience in Process Excellence.
• Experience of completing at least 4 Mid/large scale six sigma projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management.
• Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• Must be Black belt Certified from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work in teams and take ownership of the task at hand and excellent communication, people and analytical skills are required
• Should be able to travel as per business requirement
