Job Description: 

The Role Context:

This role is responsible to drive implementation individually and through the team, the SME transformation charter as defined by the Diagnostic and Insights team.  The incumbent will apply strong project management office (PMO) skills and ensure world class execution of the projects by consultants and external advisors to deliver results/ SME outcomes and win high attribution of the impact in terms of economic progress and job creation at the SMEs. 

The candidate will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all WA programs (strategic and tactical).  Develop metrics to measure and track project and program performance, identify growth and improvement opportunities, and evaluate the value and impact of our programs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

The Candidate should be able to leverage his/ her experience of management and work with implementation teams, provide support to the team members and be involved in project execution with the client.

Working under the guidance of WA Leader, he/ she will be responsible for the following tasks:  

·   Create value for the organization by leading complex programs/projects independently as SME Success Lead driving all transformation efforts / strategic initiatives etc. 

·   Own the program design & delivery including focus on change management, right from building the case to delivering the outcomes, enabling achievement of strategic goals of the organization 

·   Delegate project tasks based to junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels 

· Drive strategic actions and make sure they complete in a timely manner by the respective owners and assure all these are documented, tracked and completed (to desired output) 

·  Ensure the team’s day to day functioning is aligned to processes and systems so that many clients can be advanced successfully via the defined structure using the bouquet of tools, frameworks, content, expert connects, and transformation guidance provided by the program.  

·  Lead and train the team of consultants on the above, orient them on the outcomes and KRAs, shape their careers by building thought excellence.

Requirements

Skills & Experience: 

·    Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience which includes 4 to 5 years of consulting experience in addition to PMO experience

·    Should have designed / executed consulting mandates on revenue growth and building scale

·  Bachelor’s Degree, ideally Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or suitable PMO degree/ credentials in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

·    Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus and experience with PM tools like Clarizen, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Slack, Trello etc. and Microsoft Office

·     Efficient in creating Power Point deck, story-boarding for senior leadership

·     Strong Presentation and Communication skills

·     Effective organizational, stakeholder management, project management and data analysis skills

·     Drive team to meet objectives

·     Bent of mind to productize knowledge by using technology

Deliverable: SME and WF Outcomes 

        I.  PMO plan vs actual (time, quality, and experience) 

      II.  SME Outcomes KPI baseline vs improvements, planned vs actual for 3 transformation projects to accelerate planned SME Revenue CAGR in the next 3 years and immediate 1 year 

    III.   Net new Jobs planned vs actual in the next 3 years and immediate 1 year 

    IV.   Used transformation growth tools by SMEs 

      V.  Trained SME team using tools 

    VI.  Advisor utilization, management, and SME CRM 

  VII.  Case study (video, audio, text etc)

 KRAs/ KPIs/ Impact Measures based on which the performance evaluation and decisions on career progression, increment, variable pay, designation, role, etc would be made:  

·         IMPACT:  

o    SME outcomes planned vs actual min achievement 80% 

o    WF Outcomes: Net new Jobs outcomes planned vs actual min achievement 80% 

·         Quality: NPS > 60 for PMO and External Advisor 

·         Quality: PMO monthly plans vs actual min 80% of tasks/ work/ milestones for achieving outcomes, on schedule 

·         Scale: #of SMEs transformed: Monthly plan vs actual
