About the job

The position involves soft skills training to unemployed students to make them ready for the job interviews. Only full-time positions are available. The candidate should have a pleasing personality having excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Should have passion for training and ability to connect with the students. Candidates having experience in developing Training Manuals & defining process requirements leading towards certification of our Soft Skills Training programs will be preferred.

Responsibility

• Able to deliver sessions for 10th standard to post-graduate students
• Delivery of communicative English sessions with activity-based modules
• Deliver workplace readiness sessions
• Helping out students in practical speaking sessions.
• Able to deliver interview skills and make students ready for job interviews.
• Maintaining Attendance record of the students
• Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu)
• Ability to handle the students in a soft manner
• Strong command of English and soft skills.
• Willing to participate in volunteering activities at ground level for the development of communities.

Qualification

• MA English / PG in English preferably in ELT or Communicative English/ Masters in any subject with strong English communications skills & flair for training.
• Certification in training & development
• 2+ years of experience in soft skills training with familiarity in assessments, evaluation, and practice sessions
• Work from office
• Able to participate in volunteering activities
• Able to join immediately.

6 working days in a week
Work hours 9 am-6 pm

Package 20,000-25,000 per month
