We work with companies and philanthropic organisations for better CSR programme design, pre-project to post-project handholding and impact assessment, and embedding technology solutions for responding to problems at a scale. We are the largest knowledge platform with www.csrbox.org having mapped over 30,000 CSR projects in the past 7 years. We work at the pan-India level with our Teams in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. We are also an executive committee member of Bharat Digital Platform under the aegis of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. We spearhead two collaborative platforms; India Livelihoods Collective and IMPAct4Nutrition.

We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

About the Position

CSRBOX is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking ‘Sr. Manager- Marketing and Communications’ to join our office in Ahmedabad (in person) / Mumbai (remote) / Delhi (remote) and work closely with the team to undertake a broad range of duties related to content and messaging. To develop communications that may be delivered in many formats, including via email, online, graphics, print distribution, video, or other mediums.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote company products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to branding standards throughout the organization.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation.

Content Development:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure that all content is in line with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Public Relations and Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to generate positive media coverage and manage crisis communications, if necessary.

Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, conferences, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Evaluate event success and impact on brand awareness and make recommendations for improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in non-profit and NGOs communication and marketing is a must
  • Proven experience minimum 5 years in marketing and communications, with a track record of successful campaigns and brand management, preferred in non-profit / NGO
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and drive new marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
