**Job Summary**

Jhpiego is seeking a Sr. Program Officer to join our team in New Delhi to support the implementation of animal health programs. This position will provide technical support to our partners and ensure the smooth and efficient running of projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical assistance to partners in the development and implementation of animal health programs.

* Manage project budgets and ensure that activities are delivered on time and within budget.

* Monitor and evaluate project activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, government officials, and other stakeholders.

* Conduct trainings and workshops on animal health best practices.

* Contribute to the development of new animal health programs.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in animal health programs.

* Proven experience in project management, including budget management and reporting.

* Strong technical expertise in animal health, including disease prevention, treatment, and control.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Fluency in English is required.

* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
