**Job Description:**
WWF-India seeks a passionate and experienced leader for the role of State Head in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. This individual will oversee environmental education programs, lead outreach initiatives, and build relationships with government agencies and donors to enhance the organization’s visibility and impact.
**Requirements:**
– **Qualifications:** Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred).
– **Experience:** Minimum of 8-12 years leading teams in conservation or social change sectors.
– **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and fundraising abilities; cultural understanding of NGOs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement environmental education programs and campaigns.
– Mobilize funding for conservation initiatives.
– Coordinate with government departments to support local conservation activities.
– Represent WWF-India in the state as the senior-most official.
