RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for managing the state operations.
• Will be responsible for maintaining the HelpAge India’s leadership and mission in the state.
• Fundraising, networking & developing partnerships with like-minded organisations
• Sensitisation of schools, institutions & corporates towards their social responsibility
• Organise events and conferences for enhancing and spreading awareness about the vision of the organisation
• Liaison with state govt on the advocacy issues
• Lead the team and guide and support them in achieving their goals
• Key Technical Attributes:Should be sensitive to the cause of HelpAge India
• Should have strong fundraising experience and should be good at developing partner relationships
• Should have a healthy attitude and display high energy for team work
• Should be able to handle goal-oriented objectives
• Should have excellent presentation and communication skills
• An exposure to NGO sector is desirable
• Should have an understanding of finance issues
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
• QUALIFICATIONS
