Specialist – STEM Coordinator:

1. STEM Coordinator implements and manages the STEM project activity at the assigned Mission Education Schools.

2. Local Implementation and project management including, planning and delivery, specific implementation of all local level things and governance.

3. Achievement of the project objectives

4. Performance management and reporting

5. The role holder will comply with the organization’s policies and procedures.

6. Project Execution

7. Facilitate the orientation o usage of STEM related do it yourself kits.

8. Develop and issues educational content to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.

9. Establish the rapport with teachers and student for smooth process flow.

10. Liaison with Head Master/Centre Head to ensure STEM related activities are incorporated into the lesson plans.

11. Responsible for cultivating Student interest in Education and development

12. Promote Class creativity and learning’s.

13. Help Student 1 on 1 basis.

14. Prepare and conduct test on periodic manner.

15. Maintain Curriculum.

16. Facilitate setting up of Science lab and ensuring supplies are adequate.
