Position: Talent Acquisition Associate- Leadership Hiring

The Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant, your role will be primarily internal facing. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and attracting candidates to assessing and presenting qualified candidates to internal stakeholders to managing offers to qualified candidates. Your role will involve researching talent, engaging with the talent pool throughout their selection process and ensuring a smooth onboarding for the new hires. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will engage with the team to work on team goals.

As a part of talent acquisition team, you’re expected to:

  • Be an ambassador for Sattva – attract and hire the best talent in the industry
  • Drive recruitment strategy for the niche hiring side at Sattva
  • Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end, and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment
  • Initiate and drive projects from time to time to help optimise and make the recruitment process more efficient
  • Explore innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels for finding new candidates
  • Utilize various online and social media resources (such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Searches, and Social -Platforms) to build your pipeline

Other than this, you’ll:

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders e.g. team updates, managing & updating talent pipeline, communication with candidates, hiring stages etc
  • Actively contribute to the tangible knowledge of the organization by sharing learning and creating assets for other team members to re-use
  • Support different aspects of organization-building as and when the opportunity arises.

Key qualifications and experiences

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources/ Masters in Psychology with 2-4 years of work experience of full cycle recruitment, preferably experience in tech and non-tech hiring at mid and senior levels
  • Combination of talent acquisition plus executive search experience will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sourcing methodologies and talent mapping exercises. 
  • Experience of working or developing recruiting metrics and populating staffing dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is good to have. 
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of stakeholders across levels.
