**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Head, People & Culture

**About The/Nudge Institute:**  

The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty. Working with women, farmers, tribals, and youth, we focus on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion through partnerships with 15+ central and state government agencies. Our mission is to enable 25 million Indians out of ultra-poverty across 10 states, supported by $250M in government funding for over 1.25 million people. Additionally, our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have empowered 200+ social entrepreneurs, including notable awardees like Forbes 30U30 and EarthShot Prize winners.

 

**Experience Required:**  

Around 12-14 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on process orientation, sales operations rigor, outcome orientation, and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Leadership & Strategy:** Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering high performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce needs and implement efficient hiring processes.

– **Recruitment Operations:** Oversee full-cycle recruitment, build top-tier candidate pipelines, and leverage modern sourcing techniques. Maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.

– **Technology & Analytics:** Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies. Use data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and optimize KPIs. Present regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior leadership.

– **Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:** Strengthen employer branding through marketing campaigns showcasing company culture. Enhance candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Represent the company at industry events to attract top talent.

– **Budget & Resource Management:** Manage the recruitment budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.

– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to balance high performance with team member growth and well-being.

– Experience working with critical stakeholders effectively.

– Proven leadership in Talent Acquisition/HR functions.
