The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty. We work with diverse communities, including women, farmers, tribals, and youth, across various initiatives like rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion. We collaborate with over 15 central and state government partners to achieve our mission.
Our journey to empower 25 million Indians out of ultra-poverty has reached 10 states, securing $250M in government funding to impact 1.25M lives. Our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have supported over 200 social entrepreneurs, including 17 Forbes 30U30 honorees, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, and a Time Magazine cover feature.

**About the Team:**
The Talent Acquisition team at The/Nudge tackles the development sector’s most critical challenge: finding passionate individuals to address the greatest human development challenges of our time. We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and fostering a culture where individuals are valued contributors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Leadership & Strategy:**
* Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements, talent gaps, and skills needed for company success.
* Implement scalable and efficient hiring processes for both volume recruitment and executive-level hiring.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and outcomes.
* **Recruitment Operations:**
* Oversee and optimize full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
* Build a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates, ensuring we attract the best talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.
* Leverage modern sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry events, to find both active and passive candidates.
* Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, partners, and vendors to augment internal efforts when necessary.
* **Talent Acquisition Technology & Analytics:**
* Evaluate and implement new recruitment technologies and tools to streamline the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience.
* Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, refine strategies, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Create and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, cost per hire, time to fill, quality of hire, etc., to senior leadership.
* **Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:**
* Strengthen the company’s employer brand through creative marketing and recruitment campaigns that showcase the organization’s culture, values, and mission in collaboration with the Employer Branding Team.
* Drive initiatives that create a positive and engaging candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
* Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
* **Budget & Resource Management:**
* Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI for recruitment efforts.
* Allocate resources effectively across the team and ensure that hiring processes are aligned with business priorities.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
* 12-14 years of experience working in fast-paced environments.
* Strong process orientation and sales operations rigor, with a proven ability to drive critical results within specific timelines.
* Passion for attracting and developing exceptional talent for The/Nudge.
* Ability to balance a high-performing team with individual growth and well-being.
* Proven experience coaching and mentoring team members and leading high-performing individuals.
* Experience working effectively with critical stakeholders.
* Experience in Talent Acquisition/HR function in a leadership role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
