Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Corporate Office, Delhi
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitments.
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/ MBA or any other allied field.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks/ consultants).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking process.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend recruitment events, placement events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Create a Positive onboarding & induction experience for new joiners.
- Any other work assigned by the Reporting manager.
Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Having worked in a social sector organization will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Attention to Detail and Critical thinking.
- Ability to work in team as well independently.
- Proficiency & Passion.
