Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent to meet the business requirements.
Location: Mumbai, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and candidate selection criteria
– Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
– Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, other professional networks and our Applicant Tracking System
– Screen sourced profiles and conduct telephonic interview to shortlist
– Build talent pipeline and maintain recruitment database
– Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
– Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
– Lead the campus recruitment drives to hire interns and Management Trainees
Role requirements:
– 5 to 7 years of experience in a talent acquisition
– Bachelors / MBA degree in human resources management or similar field
– Experience in government consulting / development sector preferred
– Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
