Key Responsibilities:

• Competency Mapping:
◦ Conduct comprehensive competency assessments across all levels of the organization.
◦ Develop frameworks and tools for competency mapping and analysis.
◦ Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and formulate targeted development plans.
• Reorganization and Restructuring:
◦ Lead reorganization efforts to optimize organizational structure and enhance operational efficiency.
◦ Implement change management initiatives to support reorganization efforts effectively.
◦ Drive cultural transformation initiatives aligned with restructured goals.
• Talent Upgrade and Development:
◦ Design and implement talent development programs to nurture high-potential employees.
◦ Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees on career development and performance improvement.
◦ Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend enhancements.
• Performance Management:
◦ Establish performance metrics and benchmarks for talent development initiatives.
◦ Monitor and evaluate individual and organizational performance against established goals.
◦ Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
◦ Work closely with HR, senior leadership, and department heads to align talent development strategies with business objectives.
◦ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to talent growth and innovation.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager or in a similar role, with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of competency modeling, assessment tools, and development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully implementing talent development initiatives.
• Certification in relevant areas such as HR management, coaching, or organizational psychology is a plus.

Location: This position is based in either New Delhi or Bangalore. Some travel between locations may be required.
