**Job Title:** Team Lead / Sr. Program Manager – Projects (Electronics)

**Location:** Delhi, DL, India

**Experience Required:** 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing space or in top tier consulting firms in manufacturing sectors, especially electronics.

**Job Description:**

FED is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team and contribute to our ambitious economic growth agenda. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing strategic plans within the electronics sector. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement work plans aligned with strategic targets and budget constraints.

* Engage with government and private sector leaders in the electronics manufacturing sector and related fields.

* Conduct in-depth research on the manufacturing industry, providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions and advocacy plans.

* Manage complex projects with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and robust engagement.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

* Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electronics), Economics, or MBA from a top-tier institution.

* 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing space or top tier consulting firms in manufacturing sectors, especially electronics.

* Proven project management skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead large and diverse teams.

* High level of flexibility and responsiveness, capable of adapting to changing priorities and organizational needs.
