**Job Description:**

 

Indus Action seeks a full-time Technical Project Manager to lead the development of our next-generation CivicTech and GovTech platform.  This role requires a passion for building impactful products using cutting-edge technologies and tackling complex challenges in product development.  You will translate the product roadmap into reality, working closely with a small, agile engineering team.  This position offers exposure to diverse technologies and the opportunity to contribute significantly to Indus Action’s mission of enabling sustainable access to rights for vulnerable families.

 

**Role and Responsibilities:**

 

* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring timely, on-scope, and on-budget completion.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to define project requirements and deliverables.

* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.

* Oversee the development and implementation of Python and React.js applications.

* Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

* Identify and mitigate project risks and manage changes to project scope and schedule.

* Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance.

* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

* Support project transition from development to production.

 

 

**Requirements:**

 

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA.

* Background in Python is required.

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.

* Proven experience managing Python and React.js projects.

* Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

* Excellent documentation skills.

* Experience in early-stage (0-1) companies, with a successful track record in startup environments.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with AWS and DevOps; familiarity with other front-end and back-end technologies is preferred.
